What to expect
Arrive a few minutes early so we can welcome you, talk through anything relevant to your body, and settle you onto the reformer. Classes flow through a full-body sequence — always with modifications offered so the work meets you where you are.

Every class is capped at five people, taught on clinical-grade equipment and designed around women's bodies.
Private classes
1:1 or 2:1 tailored sessions using various Pilates equipment. Ideal for clients who need more personalised support — for example understanding & managing perimenopause and menopause, improving core engagement, starting Pilates for the first time, or building strength pre- or post-surgery.
Sessions may include the Reformer, Tower, Spine Corrector, Wunda Chair, Poles & Mat.
Core Foundations
Strategies to help you understand and strengthen your core, focusing on breath, alignment and strength building. Ideal for those new to Reformer Pilates or improving movement. Postnatal friendly.
Pre- & Postnatal Pilates
A supportive, educational class for pregnancy and the first year after birth. During pregnancy, exercises are adapted to your changing body to support a healthy pregnancy and recovery. Postnatal classes focus on breath, posture and progressive core recovery.
Foundations to Flow
For those ready to build on their Core Foundations — bridging the basics and finding your rhythm. We focus on precision and deepening your core connection while building full-body strength and stamina. Layered options for experienced movers, with no one left behind.
Pilates for Menopause
The female body goes through an immense transformation in the period leading up to and after menopause. This class supports you through it, using movement as the tool. Led by our Menopause Coach, Nikki.
